Posts Tagged “Temecula” Jul 03 2009 A fire, canceled rehearsal, holiday weekend = fun? :) Posted by Rich Kirkpatrick in Church Stuff, Current Affairs, Temecula, CA Our church building at Sunridge Community Church was evacuated late Thursday afternoon, canceling a kids event and our worship team rehearsal that evening. You never know what can happen given having no rehearsal, a holiday weekend and perhaps more fires impacting the area–it is SoCal, btw. One thing I am happy about is that we will not be bored this weekend! Our worship team is meeting at 6:30 AM to runthrough the worship set, so that might work well. Our speaking pastor, Britt is a fireman so if a bunch flare up who knows what our “backup” sermon plan is! And, its a huge holiday weekend.
