Recap: We had a guest Sunday. Mark Roach is a singer-songwriter-worship-leader guy from the St. Louis area who has written songs our church loves to sing in worship. I met Mark at recreateconference.com a few years ago and every time I get to hang out with him I am impressed by his heart for the church and his passion to create music that helps people experience God in worship. Recap: This week we started a series of sermons called “Bounce: Life after impact.” Job’s life was examined in light of what times our church and community lives in today. I am looking forward to how this series plays itself out and how God in general is going to use the hard economic times to shape all of us.

Recap: Sunday was another great day, with Greg finishing up the teaching part of our series and calling us to give love away. SUNRIDGE IS CANCELLING SUNDAY CHURCH NEXT WEEK and meeting at various service projects around the valley. We hope at least 800 will participate and then gather together for a celebration at 6:00 PM that night, November 16.
