The space age thing on the water…what is that? And, what does all of this from today say about my cranium contents? Any ideas?

The space thingy looks like something Bugs Bunny would land on to meet the Martian.

Another thought, how about a modern oil drilling rig/strip mall? Hmmm…
You’re worried about money. The “space” thing in the water is actually an offshore oil rig. You’re preoccupied with the rising costs to fill your gas tank, so you’re using a pencil to represent how you’re going to make a budget that works. Prayer seems like the only and best option right now.
