Obviously we were talking about church stuff at this particular church staff meeting.

What does this picture say to you about my cranium, or even yours?

Occasionally, I’ll drive up through the Palouse on my way to Pullman to see a WSU game. Believe it or not, there’s a church on the way up there with some hills surrounding it. The scene you drew is very similar.

Ha ha…I love it. I’m a big-time doodler during meetings. Some of my best sketches came during my Pastoral staff meeting (shhh…don’t tell!)

What I first got of this picture is a need for more colored pencils in staff meetings. BTW I like the picture.

What it says to my cranium is,

‘How come poor Val got the cross-out?’

I think it says that you’re longing for the good ole’ days… The less complex days of Church when everything was simpler… just a small country Church where people come to love God and each other…

    Or maybe that’s what I’m thinking??? ;)
