I'm finding that doing the right foam is a matter of getting to know your machine and how to find that sweet spot most consistently. Those scones look scrumptious. He can't cook to save his life but breakfast he can whip up in no time! My son's pancakes. He doesn't do anything special to them, but has perfect timing with how long to cook them, and how much batter to put out on the griddle. He is the man. The sad part is.. that since Christmas, my son has lost 100lbs (as of Saturday) and can't bring himself to make them anymore. I didn't need them either, (I have lost 50lbs in the same time frame) but I sure do miss them. Wow, did this turn into a couch session? Keep up the good stuff... Rich,
